Intake sessions include the counselor gathering a psychosocial history and completing a mental status exam. During this session the counselor and client will agree upon a follow up date for individual counseling or the counselor will make a proper referral when/if necessary.
Cancellation Policy
My professional time for your session is set aside specifically for you. If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified me at least 48 hours in advance, you will be responsible for the full cost of the missed session, except in cases of emergency.
