Family/Couples Intake Session

Service Description

Intake sessions include the counselor gathering a psychosocial history and completing a mental status exam of all participants. During this session the counselor and clients will agree upon a follow up date for group or couples counseling. If necessary the counselor will make a referral after the intake.

Cancellation Policy

My professional time for your session is set aside specifically for you. If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified me at least 48 hours in advance, you will be responsible for the full cost of the missed session, except in cases of emergency.
